Using Daily Huber

• Daily Huber is a personalized news and social feed aggregator. You may use the app to view curated news sources, save feed preferences, add custom RSS or website feeds, and optionally connect supported social or Google services.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You may not use Daily Huber to break the law, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service in an abusive way, or misuse third-party content shown through the app.

Accounts and Preferences

• You may need an account to save preferences or connect external services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it current.
• We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is being used in a way that harms the app, other users, or third-party services.

Third-Party Content and Services

• Daily Huber displays links, summaries, feeds, images, videos, and other content from third-party publishers and platforms.
• Third-party content belongs to its respective owners. Daily Huber does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or quality of third-party content.
• Your use of third-party websites, feeds, APIs, and platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Google and YouTube Connection

• If you choose to connect YouTube, Daily Huber uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to provide the connected YouTube subscription feed feature.
• You can disconnect YouTube from the app settings. Disconnecting removes the stored Google connection for your Daily Huber account and makes a best-effort request to revoke the token with Google.
• Your use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Privacy

Changes and Availability

• Daily Huber may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
• We may need to interrupt access for maintenance, updates, security, or issues outside our control.

• Daily Huber is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that third-party feeds and APIs will always be available.
• News and social content shown in Daily Huber is for informational use and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daily Huber and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the app.
